We have Shiners (ready to label) tirage bottled and aged sur lees for 6 months and up to 3 years. This inventory is pre-aged, pre-stocked and ready for your order. You simply select your AVA and we handle riddling, disgorging and finishing for you. We offer the following Wine Styles and AVA’s: Wine Styles: Brut, Low Alcohol Brut, Rosé, Blanc de Noirs and Blanc de Blancs.
